This is a Mobile App created by Shyam Steel to engage, motivate and attend the Distributors and Dealers who are the main pillars of the business.
The various functions which the Distributors/ Dealers will be able to access from this app are –
• The Distributors will be able to view the dealers under them and get a snapshot of the various details pertaining to the respective dealers (Dispatch, Payment, Outstanding etc.)
• The Dealers will be able to provide feedback on Branding or any other matter which will be viewed from Head Office in the form of an interactive chat window
• The Dealers will be able to check their current outstanding and Dispatch and payment Details
• Apart from this, the Dealers can place orders for Shyam Steel TMT Bars directly through the app
• Future Scope: We will add the Various Schemes which are run by Shyam Steel to the app for the benefit of the Distributors/ Dealers
With the introduction of this App, Shyam Steel hopes to strengthen the relationship with the Distributors and Dealers to a greater extent.
